We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. and Texas state laws. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personally identifiable information we may collect and how it may be used. This statement only applies to this Website.

BY AGREEING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM THE OPS AUTHORITY FOR PRODUCT UPDATES, WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS, AND MARKETING PROMOTIONS.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products/services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. How Shopify uses your personal information is subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy and their Privacy for Customers Policy.

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third-party payment processor such as Shopify Payments or PayPal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Additionally, the Website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the Website.   • Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website.   • Stripe – This service is used to serve our e-commerce platforms. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment.

  • PayPal – this service is used to serve our e-commerce platforms. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment.

  • Kit– This service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. How Kit uses your personal information is subject to Kit’s Privacy Policy.

  • Facebook Pixel – this service is used to track your actions on this website for purposes of promotional retargeting via Facebook and Instagram ads. You may opt-out of behavioral advertising with the Facebook Pixel here.

  • Pinterest Tag –this service is used to track your actions on this website for purposes of promotional retargeting via Pinterest ads. You may opt-out of behavioral advertising with the Pinterest Tag here.

  • Google Drive – this service may collect your name, email address, location (city and state), and IP address when you fill out any Google Form, Google Doc, or Google Sheet on this site. How Google uses your personal information is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

  • Zapier – this service connects information shared through the platforms listed above with each other for order fulfillment and to fulfill normal business operations. How Zapier uses your personal information is subject to Zapier's Privacy Policy.

  • HotJar – this service is a behavior analytics and user feedback service that helps us understand the behavior of our website users. How HotJar uses your personal information is subject to HotJar’s Privacy Policy.

  • Thinkific – this service is our eCommerce platform used for digital downloads and digital course delivery hosted at https://nataliegingrich.thinkific.com/. When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrollment process, we collect and store your name, username, email address, and password for purposes of delivering your paid digital content. Your password will not be visible in our records. We may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress, or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion. Signing up for an account on Natalie Gingrich’s Thinkific course site also transfers your email address to Kit and is used for delivery of product updates and newsletters.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.

Use and Transfer of Your Information Out of the EEA, UK

This website is operated in the United States, and third parties with whom we might share your personal information, as explained above, are also located in the United States. Newsletters

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.
