The Shop for Ops Refund Policy

All sales of digital products offered through The Shop for Ops are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to, without limitation: eBooks, templates, downloadable files (such as PDFs), online courses, subscriptions, memberships, workshops, and any other digital goods. Gift cards purchased through the store are also non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

These are digital products delivered through a third-party course platform (Thinkific). While access may require account setup or login, delivery is considered fulfilled upon completion of your purchase. Therefore, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted.
